Located in a pretty pedestrianised walkway just near the water’s edge, there is a small gate and pathway with steps up to the front covered terrace, furnished with a glass exterior dining table and chairs.
The apartment takes up the whole of the ground level. The views here of the small bay are stunning. The dramatic Formentor peninsula provide the backdrop with pretty Port Pollensa and the Fortelesa lighthouse across the bay. There is a small fishing port to the left of the inlet and there is a cafe-bar restaurant to the right of the apartment, approximately 20m away.
The open-plan lounge dining room has a vast floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors designed to capture as much natural sunlight as possible and they face out onto the covered furnished terrace overlooking the bay from where to appreciate that fabulous scenery beyond.
The interior style is stylish and essentially minimalist with natural light wood floors, white walls and spotlights. There is a tv and dvd here, a sofa and low coffee table, looking out to the fabulous scenery beyond.
A full-size sliding door opens up to the modern kitchen that has attractive white units and black work surfaces. Appliances include a split-level electric oven with fitted microwave, a large fridge-freezer and a handy breakfast table with stools. A door from the kitchen leads out to a covered side passageway that gives walking access to the back road.
Walking through from the lounge is a dining area and then the hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. A wc bathroom is on the left followed by a large family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. On the right is the main master bedroom with a large double bed. There is also a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom, sleeping six in total. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and windows onto the side of the apartment.
There is also a work area with a desk and chair, ideal for those who need to read, study or use a computer whilst on holiday. At the end of the hallway is a large utility area with washing machine and a handy walk-in open-air shower.
The bay in front of the apartment is of rock base, however you will find the sandy beach just a 5-minutes walk away.
