Apartment Londres is in a really great spot overlooking the shorefront - just a minute from the lovely sandy beach and a short walk from the Pine Walk and amongst all the cafés, restaurants, shops and bars of Puerto Pollença.

Inside the builidng 3 steps take you to an elevator or further flight of stairs to the first floor where the apartment is situated.
There's lots of space inside and outside the flat - with four areas of terrace. Inside, it's light and airy with pale marble floors, white walls and spotlighting. There's a well-planned kitchen with white units, a breakfast table, and appliances including a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, an oven, hob and a microwave. There's a long living space with a lounge a dining area - glass doors lead out to a courtyard patio. There are comfortable sofas, a tv, a dvd/cd stereo, and a dining table and chairs. Light floods in from full-height doors opening onto a lovely terrace over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay.
There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning. The double room opens out onto the front terrace. It has an en-suite family bathroom and lots of storage space. The two twin bedrooms are both neat and cool with lots of wardrobe space and doors out onto another large terrace at the back of the apartment. There's also another family bathroom with a bath and a shower. Another interior courtyard terrace makes a great place for children to play.
Apartment Londres is a wonderful place for a seaside holiday. It's just a moment from the beach with wonderful views of the sea and Puerto Pollença's beautiful bay. It takes up the whole of the first floor of this small block so there's lots of space to relax, and plenty of lovely restaurants in the immediate vicinity.. It also has central heating for early spring and late autumn holidays as well as air-conditioning in the bedrooms. It's only a short walk from the heart of Puerto Pollença and the historic old town of Pollença is just a 7-minute drive inland.
