This gorgeous beachside apartment, situated opposite a beautiful stretch of white sand at Puerto Pollença. The Sibaris apartment is full of space and light - with amazing views of the whole bay, across the sea and over towards the headland and the Fortelesa castle. The rooms in the apartment are on one level. They're wonderfully sunny, with light from the sea. They're cooled in the summer by air-conditioning in the bedrooms and lounges, and have central heating for autumn and spring holidays. They're the only flats in a very small development - with an office on the ground floor. The Beachfront Penthouse Sibaris is situated on the second floor. Here there are more stunning views over the bay, palm trees and the beach from this apartment. There's a lovely new kitchen and lounge - with the kitchen divided into two freestanding island-units with lots of storage space and stainless steel worktops. Appliances include a hob, oven, dishwasher and a microwave.
The apartments have a small utility terrace at the back, with a washing machine and a drying area. In the lounge area there are comfortable seats, a satellite tv and a glass-topped dining table. The bedroom is a lovely sunny room with windows looking out over the sea and the bay. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an extra-large shower. There's also a separate shower bathroom with a sink and a wc.
The Sibaris Apartments are one of the biggest and sunniest beachside holiday homes in Puerto Pollença, with beautiful views all around the bay. It's cool and comfortable - and couldn't be closer to the beach and the sea! It is also just a few minutes' walk from all the shops, cafés and restaurants of Puerto Pollença, and has free use of the swimming pool at the Bellamar Apartments which are just 75m away.
