The setting here is one of the most sought-after in the Algarve and very exclusive and peaceful. The villa is just 150 metres away from Gale Beach and Lourenco Beach - Praia da Galé or Gale Beach is actually a continuation of the beach at Armação. The western part is wide and open while the eastern end has more rocky outcrops, wonderful rock formation, caves and grottoes. The rock pools are always a hit with families and the beach here can be quite sheltered. Lourenco beach is a sandy beach with many secluded rocky outcrops, and both host fine beach tavernas and restaurants.
On the ground floor of the villa is the large farmhouse kitchen with modern amenities - breakfast table, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with ceramic hob and large fridge freezer. There is a cloakroom and also the ground floor twin bedroom with shower bathroom.
The large open-plan dining area and lounge has double patio doors leading out to the large covered terrace with plenty of outdoor dining and relaxing furniture - perfect for spending an evening with friends "al-fresco" dining. The terrace overlooks the great swimming pool, perfect for young kiddies due to the large shallow end. The gardens really are picturesque and proudly maintained by the Owners gardening team. There are palm trees offering extra shade during the hot summer months as well as a separate barbecue casita with covered seating at the end of the garden.
Upstairs are the remainder of the bedrooms. There is a large master double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a balcony offering geat sea views over the garden. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom and a double with a shower bathroom are also on this level.
The house is decorated to a high but traditional standard and has being lovingly cared for over the years. Electric gates finish off the outside of the property outside. With Casa Gondi you really do have the perfect holiday retreat here for a well-earned seaside family holiday.
