A luxurious, air-conditioned villa with beautifully manicued gardens and private pool overlooking Gramacho Golf Course in Carvoeiro. This area is in a private residential location with excellent facilities. At the Golf Course there is a club house with a bar, restaurant, shop, cash machine and internet access only a 15-minute walk away. There are also tennis courts and a children's play area nearby. The resort of Carvoeiro with beautiful beaches, many restaurants and amenities is only a 5-minute drive away.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, set in enclosed gardens with views of the golf course. There is no need to worry about any stray balls as the villa is positioned far enough away from the action.
Casa Gramacho has a gated entrance with a private drive and from this entrance you enter the villa at first floor level. On this level to the left of the entrance hall you have the wonderful master-double bedroom complete with an en-suite full bathroom and double-doors leading out to the front garden.
To the right of the entrance you are guided to the lounge with all the exquisite seating areas and entertainment facilities one would expect from this house. The large kitchen has style and quality with a separate dining room to match - complete with piano.
Double doors here open out onto a large covered dining and seating terrace perfect for al-fresco dining, or simply relaxing whilst watching the children play in the pool. An exterior staircase from here also leads to the swimming pool and gardens at ground level. There is a second covered terrace here at pool level.
The internal staircase leads to the ground floor hallway and this level hosts two large bedrooms: a double (which can be made into a twin) and a twin, both having direct access to the garden and pool area. A large full bathroom and a shower room complete this floor.
The grounds outside are just as impressive. The furnished sun terraces surround the large pool and there is the added advantage of extensive and lush lawns. There are tropical plants and trees in abundance ensuring privacy and shade during your stay.

Having hosted the Portuguese Ladies Open on a number of occasions Pestana Gramacho is recognized as a championship course enjoyable and playable even by those with a higher handicap.
