The villa stands in large private gardens, and it's elevated position means the views are simply magnificent and can be enjoyed from the pool, garden and many rooms in the house. The house and gardens are immaculate and there are comforts and luxuries catering for everyone, from 5-star hotel-style bathrooms to the large flat-screen TV in the lounge.
Inside on the ground floor, there's a very spacious and beautifully decorated lounge-dining room wit huge comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access providing entertainment, and three sets of patio doors leading directly to the terrace and down to the pool, and also allowing the room lots of natural light. The dining area has an enormous wood dining table and chairs for ten people and stunning views over the pool and countryside down to the sea. The spacious, sleek kitchen has stainless steel modern appliances and a breakfast dining table, plus there's a door leading outside to the covered barbecue terrace and garden. Also on the ground floor is a modern double bedroom with a stylish en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.
There are a further two bedrooms on the ground floor - owo twins,sharing a lovely large full modern bathroom. All of the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, mixing modern wall coverings and stylish furniture with homely, comfortable colour schemes. The villas bathrooms - reminiscent of those found in a trendy London 5-star hotel or restaurant - are also worth a special mention! The manicured gardens and pool are equally as beautiful as the house itself, and the views and just incredible. There's a large shaded terrace at the front of the house with dining furniture and comfortable seating, and to the side of the house is a covered brick-built barbecue and a large wooden dining table and chairs. There's a two tiered lawn at the side of the house and pool. The pool is a large infinity pool with Roman-style steps and stunning views of the countryside and the sea.
