Casa Patroves Gran is a luxurious property located on a small development in an elevated position in Patroves - a small residential area 5 minutes drive to the east of Albufeira - with wonderful panoramic views down to the sea. This recently completed villa split into two 4-bedroom neighbouring blocks has been fitted to a very high standard and is only a 10-minutes walk to the nearest restaurants and supermarket and just a short drive from an abundance of great beaches, including the blue flag beach at Galé.

This recently completed villa split into two 4-bedroom neighbouring houseshas been fitted to a very high standard and is only a 10-minutes walk to the nearest restaurants and supermarket and just a short drive from an abundance of great beaches, including the blue flag beach at Gale.

This impressive property is split into 2-identical 4-bedroom houses which are of course neighbouring. This is therefore ideal for large groups of friends and families alike as there is plenty of room for privacy as well as entertaining and having some great evenings and fun during the day. The 2 villas share a huge pool which is very child-friendly. There are also 3 other villas on the development which have access to the pool. However one of the villas is used occasionally and the other two are owned by the owners and occupied by their family and very rarely use the swimming pool.

An electric gate for each of the two houses opens into a private courtyard with parking spaces, and the front door to each property. As well as several steps, there are ramps leading to the tiled and decked terrace and the pool area making them suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The 2 houses as previosuly mentioned are identical and exactly the same inside - Therefore you have the advantaqe of two kitchens / living rooms and private terraces. This is the description of one of the houses so that you can visualise what each one looks like. The villa is acious and light inside and on the ground floor the large lounge-dining room has satellite TV with a selection of English channels and a DVD player. There are also stunning views across the pool down to the sea and patio doors leading to the pool and immaculate landscaped garden. The beautiful modern kitchen is very well fitted and contains all the essential appliances plus a few luxuries. To the side of the kitchen is a separate utility room containing the washing machine.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. Although all the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, this bathroom can also be used as a house bathroom for other guests as the bedroom and bathroom have individual doors within the bedroom.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor - one double and two twins. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower and a terrace with amazing sea views. One of the twins also has access to a terrace and enjoys the same uninterrupted sea views and has an en-suite bathroom. The final bedroom has twin beds and views from a Juliette balcony inland to the countryside.

Outside each villa is a wonderful private terrace with furniture for al-fresco dining. This area has been very carefully designed in order for each villa to enjoy privacy from the houses next door. Each house has an open aspect to one side of the terrace where the house next door has a solid wall, ensuring each terrace has a degree of privacy from the neighbours but also spectacular views over the pool to the sea.

The landscape gardens are immaculately manicured and a wonderful place to spend endless days in the sun, the terrace has terracotta tiled floors and there's a lawned area to one side. The infinity pool is surrounded by decking and has a shallow walk-in slope for easy access and is surrounded by high quality sun-loungers.

Casa Patroves Gran is a wonderful place to spend a summer holiday in luxury surroundings for large groups of friends and families within a short drive of the areas beaches, shops and restaurants.A super-market and several restaurants are only a 10-minute day-time stroll away from the villas.
