Casa Yolanda is a beautiful and very well kept villa set in large manicured gardens with expansive lawns, tropical plants and trees and stunning views down to the sea. The interior is bright and airy and every room offers lots of light and space, the decor is clean and colourful making this the ideal base for a relaxing summer holiday.
On the first floor, there is large roof terrace which reveals an even nicer view of the surrounding area and the ocean. On the ground floor you will find the entrance hall, and the spacious open-plan living and dining room and the kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, one twin and a double on the ground floor sharing one full bathroom. There is a wood-burning stove in the lounge for your convenience during the Spring and the Autumn months. On the first floor you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa has been furnished with new decor recently and is therefore very bright and comfortable. There is a balcony leading off from bedrooms to enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the gardens.
This is an excellent, quiet location with lots of privacy in a cul-de-sac road. The views are among the best that properties on the Algarve Club Atlantico have to offer. Algarve Clube Atlântico can be found on a quiet, secluded cliff top location beyond the Alfanzina lighthouse approximately 4.5 km east of Carvoeiro village center.
The luxury accommodation includes 62 villas and 25 townhouses/apartments nestled within a 250'000m2 estate. This resort is very well maintained and all gardens are very carfully manicured, which makes them a joy to look at.
