This ground-floor apartment is off the buildings' entrance from the the small private car park. It's full of modern design with sleek materials like pale wood and glass, bright white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral and trendy bright colours. The rooms are light and bright -most have floor-to-ceiling glass doors which fill the rooms with sunshine.

The living area is open and spacious with a well-planned kitchen with lots of workspace and storage, and with appliances including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and a large fridge freezer. There's a dining table with wicker chairs leading into a lovely bright lounge area with corner sofas, satellite tv and a dvd/cd stereo. Double-height doors lead out onto a long decked terrace. There are super views from here across Puerto Pollença and the Boquer Mountains over the small private car park.

There are two lovely bedrooms at the apartment - a double room and a twin. Both these rooms have wooden furniture and bright new linens. Glass doors lead out onto the terrace with views of the mountains so they're light and cool. All the rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned and have large fitted wardrobes.

This is a really great apartment for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. All the cafés, shops, and restaurants of Puerto Pollença are within a few minutes' walk from the development, and there's a supermarket very nearby too. The sea is just a fifteen-minute walk away too, so you can easily spend the whole day on the beach of Puerto Pollença's beautiful sweeping bay.
