Set back down a long private driveway from the Pollenca road, it's hard to believe that Ca Na Jaume is a one bedroom villa. The enormous garden and pool, fantastic dining terrace offering stunning views to the wooded mountains and surrounding countryside and spacious, traditional interior make this a perfect villa for a romantic break or even a honeymoon.
Inside, Ca Na Jaume has recently been renovated to a quality traditional design with modern features. The front doors lead from the large covered dining terrace to an open-plan living, dining room with comfortable sofas, tv, dvd and stereo.
The dining area has a large, bench-style dining table, perfect for long lunchtime feasts and serving up the local cuisine. The large kitchen is off this area and there's a dining table and chairs here too, plus all modern amenities including dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The washing machine can be found in a separate laundry room from the kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a shower bathroom.
Stairs from the lounge lead to the en-suite master double suite which is a bright and lightly decorated room taking up the upper floor. It is traditionally furnished with a wooden floor, high beamed ceiling and a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is mosaic tiled with a walk-in shower.
