Inside, the property is a very stylish combination of modern and traditional design, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering far-reaching views of the wooded countryside around.
The entrance hall is a double-height room with huge windows. Off this area is a hallway leading to the main sleeping area with two large twin bedrooms, and one large double bedroom with a king-size bed. These rooms have white walls, beamed ceilings and slate-tiled floors and they are furnished with stylish simplicity. Double doors lead to the gardens and overlook the pool and gardens. These three bedrooms share a luxurious full bathroom and a further shower bathroom.
On the first floor, the fabulous master double bedroom covers the whole of this top floor. The bedroom has contemporary fitted furniture, a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. There's also a large living area here with double doors leading onto a large balcony with stunning views to the hills. The main living area is on the ground floor. It's a large, sunny and airy room with corner sofas, antique furniture and modern paintings.
There's satellite television here with English channels and a dvd player and cd stereo. The dining area in this room leads onto an outer terrace and is another lovely place to spend the early evening and to eat outside. There is a feature barbecue and table tennis table in this here also.
The sleek wood and steel kitchen is by Mallorca's top kitchen designers. There are appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave, an American-style fridge and a larder. Outside, the villa has huge covered terraces, a separate barbecue area, and a gently stepped pathway leading to the swimming pool, poolside shower, and large furnished sun-terraces. The pool has large roman steps going across the entire width of the pool so is ideal for children. It's surrounded by lawn and even has a waterfall feature! The pool is perhaps the most scenic place of all with views of the gardens, streams, mature trees and wooded hillsides all around.
