This luxurious, fully air-conditioned, stone villa has been built to Villa Parade's own high specifications of modern design. Can Alejandro is in the up-market residential area of Crestaix. It's in a quiet and private location, down a short gated drive, but is only a few minutes drive from Pollença Old Town.

A bougainvillea scented pergola leads into the spacious entrance hall. There is a separate wc bathroom here, off the hallway. Also off the hall is a large open-plan living area which is comfortable and bright, with white walls, terracotta-tiled floors and lovely new furniture. The comfortable lounge area with a corner sofa has a full entertainment system including a television/DVD and CD stereo system. The satellite television package here has a full range of over 200 English channels including sport, films and children's entertainment. There is also a large dining area here.

The brand new kitchen is beautifully designed in pale wood and steel, with halogen spot-lighting and lots of storage space. Appliances here include a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave. The three bedrooms at Villa Alejandro have their own five-star luxury bathrooms. The master double bedroom has a full bathroom with a bath and a shower. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as patio doors leading to the gardens.

From the living room two sets of patio doors open out on to the covered terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens. There is garden furniture here on the terrace, making it a lovely place to shade from the sun in the daytime and to eat outside in the evening - there's a barbecue here too. The pool has a lawned area right around it and a sunbathing area with loungers close by. There are large roman steps down into the pool and a shallow end, which make it particularly well suited to young children. For the ultimate in relaxation there is an outdoor heated hot tub featuring full hydrotherapy jets which can accomodate up to 7 people. With the temperature in the hot tub set at 37 degrees its perfect for early and late season departures.

There are more lawns for children to play on throughout the landscaped gardens, and tall cypress trees. From the gardens there are also lovely views of wooded mountains in the distance. The villa is also just a few minutes walk from a lovely Spanish restaurant which has entertainment at the weekends.
