Can Bleo is a characteristically Mallorcan family villa just a few minutes away from the Old Town of Pollenca. It's surrounded by beautiful gardens with citrus trees, tall palms, olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There's a lovely family-sized pool here too, a sunbathing terrace and lots of lawn space. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair access.

It's surrounded by beautiful gardens with citrus trees, tall palms, olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There's a lovely family-sized pool here too, a sunbathing terrace and lots of lawn space. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair access.

Inside, the villa is simple and practical with white walls, traditional furniture and wooden or tiled floors. In the lounge and dining room there's a comfortable seating area with sofas, Satellite TV, and a DVD player and a CD player. There's also a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings on autumn or spring holidays. The dining area leads to the country-style kitchen with a range of appliances including a dishwasher.

All the bedrooms are also on the ground level. There are two double rooms and a twin room. A third room here doubles as a reading room and a spare bedroom with a sofabed. All the bedrooms are bright with white walls and tiled floors, and are simply furnished. The main bedrooms have the use of the full bathroom and there is also a shower bathroom.

There's lots of outside space at Can Bleo - lovely gardens, a covered terrace and a long pool. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and there's a large stone-built barbecue here too and a table-tennis table. There's also an extra shower bathroom near the pool.
There's lots of car parking space on the drive at the front of the house. And there's a second, very pretty, covered terrace here with a traditional decorative Mallorcan well.

Can Bleo is a lovely family villa with such a lot of well-planned garden space. It's also really practical for families with small children - there's a gate that closes off the house and garden from the nearby lane. Beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops are just a short drive away in the resort of Puerto Pollenca and the Old Town of Pollenca.
