This is a great new country villa with spectacular views over the bay of Pollenca. The land below the villa slopes down to the sea over the marshland of the Albufereta. All this makes for some of the best views on Mallorca.

This is a great new country villa with spectacular views over the bay of Pollenca. The land below the villa slopes down to the sea over the marshland of the Albufereta. All this makes for some of the best views on Mallorca.

The outside space at Can Els Aubellons is really well designed, making the most of its beautiful location. The house and pool are surrounded by lawns and there's a long shady covered terrace overlooking the bay. There's a Mallorcan barbecue-oven here too and a table-tennis table. Even the roof of the house has been made into a sun terrace, with more amazing views over the Formentor peninsula and the sea.

Inside, the house is a good combination of modern design and Mallorcan tradition - with white walls, dark wood furniture and tiled floors. The kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There's lots of cupboard space here too and a dining table. There's another dining table in the lounge-dining room, and two sofas, satellite television, a dvd and a cd. A door from the kitchen leads out to a second covered terrace with lovely sea views.

The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are on either side of the lounge - a really good design for two families on holiday together. On one side there's a large and bright double room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. And on the other side there are two twin bedrooms which again share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

At the back of the house there's another shower-bathroom with its own entrance - ideal for days spent by the pool. There's also a laundry room here and another large lawn.

Can Els Aubellons is a peaceful and private house - a lovely place for two families of 4 staying together. It also makes a fantastic party house because there are no immediate neighbours! The only other house in the area is villaparade's Can Gabriel, a few minutes' walk away. So, groups of up to 16 people can holiday together at the two houses. It's also just a short drive from the beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops of Pollenca old town, Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia.

"We have just had the best villa holiday we have ever had the villa was perfect we stayed at Can Els Aubellons a fantastic villa great, great space we have twin 2 yr old girls and they had a ball! Villa parade themselfs were great, any problems we had were sorted within the hour>
