A luxurious new house full of space, light and style. Can Estrellas is one of a small number of houses in Son Toni - an exclusive area in very pretty countryside close to Pollenca.
The house is a very elegant contemporary design. It's been carefully crafted with high-quality materials and attention to detail. The large cool rooms are flooded with natural light - and all the ground-floor rooms lead out through full-height doors to a shady terrace. There's a beautifully designed family kitchen and dining room with pale wood units, bright white spotlighting, new steel appliances, and a long dining table and benches. There's also a utility room with a washing machine, a separate shower room and a cloakroom bathroom. Double doors lead from the kitchen to the lounge which has leather sofas, satellite tv, a cd stereo and an Xbox console system with 2 controllers and games and this also plays dvds.
On the first floor the three bedrooms are wonderfully sunny - full-height doors open onto private terraces with views of the mountains. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. The twin and the bunk-bedroom share a family bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The gardens are full of relaxing and private space, shaded by tall trees all around. There's a great pool, sun-terraces, a shady covered terrace, lovely dining furniture, and a barbecue. The gardens are also great for families - the shady terrace is an ideal place for watching children in the pool, there's a table-tennis table, plenty grass for soft play, and the house can be closed off from the road by a wrought-iron gate.
Can Estrellas is a wonderful house for a stylish and relaxing family holiday. It's in a beautiful part of Mallorca and is still close to the sea, historic sites, and sports. The old town of Pollenca is a 5-minute drive from the house, and the fantastic beaches and resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are just 12 minutes away by car. It's also just 5 minutes to Pollenca's golf club, and the gentle countryside all around is perfect for cycling and walking.
