A fantastic new villa just inland from the beautiful Blue Flag beach of Praia Da Galé. Casa Lote Tres is an elegant contemporary house on a quiet cul-de-sac of just three houses. There are several great restaurants and local shops close by, and it's an easy 25-minute walk from the beach.
The house is cool and spacious with full-height doors opening onto balconies, terraces and the pool. On the ground floor there's a long lounge-diner with a TV with BBC and free-to-air channels, a large kitchen-diner, a WC-cloakroom and two lovely bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms - a double and a twin. The two first-floor bedrooms are another double and a twin, both with patio doors onto private balconies, and sparkling en-suite bathrooms.
The garden is a lovely relaxing space with a long pool, a pool-shower, lawns, a barbecue and two shady dining terraces.
