It's in dramatic countryside with gorgeous views and a gated driveway - close to the historic hilltop town of Selva, a 25-minute walk away, famous for its leatherwork and olive oil.

It's in dramatic countryside with gorgeous views and a gated driveway - close to the historic hilltop town of Selva, a 25-minute walk away, famous for its leatherwork and olive oil.
The house is on four levels with airy rooms in natural materials - with stone and glass walls, tiled floors and shuttered windows. The ground floor has been converted from stables into a suite of rooms - a dining and lounge space with a vaulted stone ceiling, sofas and a glass wall overlooking the pool, a neat open-plan kitchen, a shower-bathroom and two pretty bedrooms - a double and a twin.
A staircase leads up the outside of the house to the first floor. There's a second dining room with a covered terrace with amazing views of the mountains and the village of Mancor De La Vall. Also on this level there's a second family kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a shower-bathroom.
There's more living and sleeping space on the second floor - with another lounge and terrace, again with mountain views, a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a hydro-massage shower, a triple bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-bathroom.
The grounds of the house are equally extensive and relaxing with lawns, a pool, tall trees, figs and almonds. The long swimming pool is surrounded by a sun-terrace, a shady covered terrace, and a separate covered barbecue terrace - with an antique stone wash-slab sink and a dining table. There's a utility room here too and a poolside shower-bathroom. There's also a sweeping courtyard at the front of the house, behind tall gates, with a lawn and trees.
Finca Sa Mina is a fabulous country house in a dramatic part of the Mallorcan countryside, dotted with hilltop villages. Selva is 2km away - a 20-minute walk or 2-minute drive. More restaurants and supermarkets are also close by in the town of Inca, 5 minutes away by car. And you can drive to Pollença Old Town itself in 20 minutes.
The Finca Sa Mina is the perfect hideaway for a large group of family or friends ensuring a holiday full of peace and relaxation.
