The house is wonderfully stylish with designer furniture and contemporary art by renowned Mallorcan artists. There's lots of generous and cool living space with full-height doors opening onto garden terraces and the pool, with beautiful views all around. All four bedrooms have a balcony or a terrace, gorgeous luxurious en-suite bathrooms and plasma televisions. And there's also a fantastic raised terrace with views across countryside to the sea at Puerto Pollença.

The garden is just as special as the house - totally relaxing with stunning country views. There's a fantastic poolside and terraces with Philippe Starck furniture, and the marble infinity pool is sheer glamour. There is also a new Outdoor Heated Hot Tub for 2010. You'll have amazing evenings in the poolside kitchen and dining-terrace as the last sun of the day fades in the sky over trees and mountains - it's totally high-spec with an extra-size oven big enough even to roast the Mallorquin national dish of lechonera, whole suckling pig!
