A contemporary beachfront apartment on Puerto Pollença's beautiful Pinewalk. Pinewalk Apartment Pescador is spacious and airy with a fabulous terrace right on the bay. It's among a small group of Villaparade's Pinewalk apartments - Pinewalk Apartment Claudia (ID 398), Pinewalk Apartment Cristina (ID 397) and Pinewalk Apartment Lynda (ID 316) - so it's a fantastic base for several families or large groups of friends.

All the rooms are at ground level. They're cool and airy with white walls and tiled floors. The lounge-diner opens out onto the terrace, with comfortable sofas, flat-screen tv and a DVD/CD stereo. The kitchen has lots of storage space and appliances including a dishwasher, and a walk-in pantry. There are three great bedrooms - an en-suite double with doors onto the terrace and two twins - all with crisp pale linens and simple furniture. One twin room has an en-suite shower room. There's also a second family bathroom.

The terrace is a fantastic space with gorgeous views around the bay, elegant furniture, tall shady trees, and a paved area which is great for children to play. Two more steps lead onto the Pine Walk and the beach.

Pinewalk Apartment Pescador is a lovely holiday home in one of the most beautiful places on Mallorca. The beach and the sea are just moments away, and it's only a short walk into Puerto Pollença's main square for shopping and eating. And if you can drag yourself away from the beach, Pollença's Old Town and beautiful countryside are a ten-minute drive inland.

"Dear Villaparade,

We have just returned from a superb holiday in Puerto Pollensa staying at the Pinewalk Apartment Pescador. This is the second time we have travelled with Villaparade and as you will see from the enclosed questionnaire everything was fantastic, from the initial booking back in January to the car rental return at Palma Airport. Pinewalk Apartment Pescador was spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, but the best thing about it was the fantastic large terrace leading onto the Pinewalk. We had breakfast, lunch and early evening drinks watching the sunset every day.
