This wonderful apartment directly overlooks the sea on the sought-after Pine Walk that runs around the bay of Puerto Pollença. It is just moments from the sandy beach and the sea where the sheltered waters of the bay are ideal for swimming. This is one of four apartments in the same building. Its immediate neighbours are Claudia(id 398) also on the second floor and Lynda on the first floor (id 316), which are also 3 bedroom apartments and therefore perfect for groups of up to 18 wanting to be in the heart of the resort but still within a quiet area.
The interior is decorated to a high standard in neutral colours, with bright linen and modern furniture. There is a large and sunny lounge and dining room opens out onto a deep shaded balcony right over the beach, with beautiful views around the bay and out to sea and the wooded hills beyond. The balconies fill the apartment with cool sea breezes. There are comfortable sofas in the lounge, and satellite tv and a dvd and stereo.
On the balcony there are dining table and chairs for eating or reading outside, or just watching the sun set across the open sea and sky of the bay. The kitchen at the apartment is light and airy and very practical with appliances including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a microwave. The apartment has three air-conditioned (very rare for the Pine Walk) twin bedrooms which share two bathrooms - a full bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a walk-in shower-bathroom.
The apartment is in a really wonderful location - there are only a handful of others overlooking the pine walk. This is a quiet part of the resort but still very close to the heart of the town, just a short walk away from shops and supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants - Perfect for people watching from your private viewing area on an evening. And because all three apartments are in the same building, large groups of friends and family - up to 18 people - could stay here on holiday together.
