This simple, homely villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday yet ideally located on a hillside in the residential resort of Cala San Vicente, with its shops, restaurants and beaches. Can Corios sits in a picturesque setting, dominated by breathtaking mountain views.

Hidden from the quiet road, the gated entrance leads down some steps to the villa itself. Inside the front door, the main living area is a sumptuous, split-level lounge and dining room. A beautiful open fireplace and unusual curved sofa set into a wall recess make this room a real feature, with bright, fresh décor that really gives the villa a feel of summer all year round.

A large, Mallorcan dark wood dining table sits on a higher level, beneath the stunning beamed ceiling. Large windows provide views of the well maintained gardens and the incredible Can Botana mountain beyond.

The kitchen features practical, white units, traditional Mallorcan tiles, a pine breakfast table and a walk-in pantry and contains all the modern appliances. A side door from the kitchen leads out to a utility room with a washing machine.

Up again to the air-conditioned sleeping area which offers one double bedroom with light wood furniture and beautiful artwork on the walls.

A twin bedroom and single bedroom can also be found on this level. These rooms are decorated with simple, dark wood furniture and feature natural stone floors. A full bathroom and shower facilities are also accessible here.

Through double doors from the lounge is a delightful covered terrace which overlooks a kidney-shaped swimming pool, again on a separate level. Pretty terrace furniture makes this the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing with the sound of the birds in the trees on the mountainside. A raised sunbathing area and brick barbeque complete this wonderful veranda.

With just a short stroll to the Cala Molins beach and the shops and restaurants of Cala San Vincente, the Villa Can Corios is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet area close to the resort and beach. Because the accommodation is on split-levels it is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.
