As you enter the villa on the ground floor you are greeted by all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned bedrooms consist of one double and two twins; all are decorated to a high standard and all rooms have double doors with access out on to the terrace and pool area.
The three rooms share two bathrooms; one full bathroom and one shower room. There is also a utility room on this floor with washing machine.
Upstairs you have the spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and diner which has large picture windows on two sides. There are double doors from here opening out on to the large, upper terrace which has views out to sea making it perfect for al-fresco dining. The open-plan room is bright with white walls and tiled floors; the kitchen includes all modern appliances and the lounge includes flat screen tv, dvd and cd player.
Outside, the garden is enclosed to all sides and features large terrace and pool.
