Villa Can Pedro is in a quiet and private location overlooking a pine forest on the edge of the most picturesque and child-friendly beach resort of Cala Galdana. With five bedrooms, enclosed walled gardens and bright decor throughout this is the ideal holiday retreat, yet within a short walk of the resort centre.
A private gated driveway opens up to to the villa entrance which is entered through a large sweeping staircase. The entrance hallway has a staircase leading to a lower ground floor room with two single beds and an a separate shower bathroom. Back on the ground floor are three large bedrooms including a double with en-suite full bathroom. Upstairs the fifth bedroom, a large bright and airy triple is ideal for children or teenagers.
On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen has lots of light and is full of modern appliances. Patio doors here lead onto the furnished terrace area. The large open-plan living space neighbouring the kitchen has comfortable sofas and a dining table.
Double patios doors lead out to the gardens and swimming pool. There is an outside dining area with a shaded terrace perfect for al-fresco dining. There is no excuse for not trying your hand with the local cuisine with the the large casita house with a built-in barbecue, and is located in the perfect place for cooking in the garden.
There are lovely surroundings to the villa with pine trees and mountains and the villa itsef has walled gardens with plenty of space and colourful flowers and shrubs. The gardens are also very private and the area is quite peaceful considering it is only a stroll from the resort of Cala Galdana.
Villa Can Pedro is a fantastic addition to our programme and is ideal for large families and groups. Cala Galdana, with its fantastic, wide sandy beach and crystal, clear blue waters is only a few minutes walk away and is the envy of the Mediterranean for providing a perfect setting for families. There are around a dozen great restaurants and cafe-bars to suit all tastes and a small village square which has entertainment for the children on most evenings.
