A lovely bright and airy modern house in Arenal D'en Castell. Villa Des Romani Siete is in a quiet residential part of town an easy walk from the beach and the centre of the resort - with local shops, bars and a supermarket even closer in the Coves Noves area.
Inside it's cool and light with white walls, tiled floors and lovely new furniture. There's lots of great living space on the ground floor with a bright entrance hall, a large high-spec kitchen leading to a terrace and the pool, and a modern lounge-diner with further doors out to the pool and another terrace. Two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor too, with a family bathroom. The master en-suite double room is on the first floor with an open terrace area offering some privacy and lovely sea views.
Around the pool there's a lawn and a shady dining terrace with super views of the sea and tall trees.
Villa Des Romani Siete is a brilliant house for a holiday by the beach in Arenal D'en Castell - with all the great things in the resort just an easy walk away. It's also an ideal holiday base for large groups of friends or family.
