A fantastic modern villa with beautiful views of the sea at Binibeca. Villa S'Atalaia Uno is in a great location above the very pretty resort of Binibeca - in walking distance from the beach and the bay, as well as restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. The property also has a gated driveway.
All the rooms in the house are at ground level. There's great living space with a lounge-diner which opens onto the pool and terrace and has gorgeous views of the sea, and a terrific high-spec kitchen with a separate utility room. All three bedrooms are spacious, airy and cool. They all have doors out onto the pool and garden, the double room has a lovely en-suite bathroom and the twins share a large family bathroom.
The pool-garden is a wonderful space with a long pool facing the sea, and terracing on different levels down the hillside. The whole of the coastal side of the house has a shady terrace - a totally relaxing place to sit from breakfast into the evening.
Villa S'Atalaia Uno is a stylish house in a fantastic location above the sea and Binibeca - just an easy walk from the sheltered bay, the beach and lots of great shopping and eating.
