Villa Sa Sivina is just a 15-minute walk from the marina, 20 minutes from the beach and all the restaurants, cafés and shops in the resort. It's also just a few doors away from more Villaparade houses - Villa S'Aladern (id600), Villa Es Tamarell (id602 - next door), Villa S'Olivera (id603), Villa S'Ullastre (id626), Villa Sa Llantrisca (id627) and Villa Dion (id628) - so it's a fantastic holiday base for large groups.

Inside it's sunny and cool with well-planned living space and bedrooms all on the ground floor. There's a comfortable lounge opening out onto a lovely poolside terrace, and a great kitchen with a dining table, appliances including a dishwasher, and patio doors to the poolside. The bedrooms - one double and two twins - are simply designed with wooden and ironwork furniture. The double has en-suite shower room and there's also a family bathroom with a bath and a shower.
There's lots of relaxing space around the house with a long pool and poolside shower, a lawn and a sun-terrace, table tennis, a barbecue and a shady covered terrace.
Villa Sa Savina is a great family villa, an easy walk from Cala en Bosch - with its beautiful beach and marina, waterfront restaurants and bars, cafés and shops. There are rocky coves all along this stretch of coast plus watersports and a waterpark nearby. And the historic old Menorcan capital city of Cuitadella is just a few kilometres inland.
