A spacious family villa near Latchi, with a fantastic pool and beautiful views of the sea. Valando is in the countryside, surrounded by orange groves, just a five-minute drive from the beach. Latchi itself is a pretty and friendly small resort, still based around its working fishing harbour. It has some of the best fish restaurants on Cyprus as well as local tavernas and shops.
The house is sunny and cool with lots of space and natural light - double doors open onto terraces with lovely views of the sea and mountains. On the ground floor there's a comfortable lounge with patio doors, a large dining kitchen, a utility area, and an en-suite twin bedroom. On the first floor there's another twin and a double room which both open onto the terrace, and a house bathroom.
The garden is wonderfully relaxing with a long pool, sun-terracing, a poolside shower, loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue, a lawn, a drive and parking area with Mediterranean flowers, and a shady covered terrace.
Valando is a brilliant villa for a family holiday, with long days round the pool, and just a short drive from the beach and lovely seaside town of Latchi. It's also on the edge of the spectacular landscape of the Akamas National Park, with beautiful rugged coastline and mountains.
