Villa Callistro is a beautifully located villa in the large resort of Skala. The property is in a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings as well as spectacular views across to mainland Greece.
Down a private gated driveway you will find Villa Callistro and its neighbour Villa Dafni (ID 690), steps lead down to the property and the incredible views out to sea strike you immediately.
On entrance to the villa there is a modern, open-plan lounge with feature fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with chairs. The living area is bright and airy and has a large LCD TV, there are also patio doors that open out on to a covered patio area.
Off the lounge you have a double bedroom with wardrobes, there is also a shower bathroom on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are of the same modern standard and give the property a stylish feel.
Upstairs you have a further double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, this bedroom has a private terrace with a table and two chairs. Also on the first floor there is another double bedroom, again with en-suite full bathroom and a terrace with table and two chairs with fantastic views.
The spacious terrace has a table and six chairs and a brick built barbecue making it perfect for outside dining, there is also plenty of room for sunbeds and a large parasol for extra shade.
Villa Callistro is next door to the Villa Dafni (ID 690) and they both share the gated driveway, making it perfect for large groups of friends and family. Both villas are only a 5-minute drive from Skala, the biggest town on the island which is well known for it's excellent sandy beach surrounded by palm trees. It has many restaurants, tavernas, as well as supermarkets and gift shops.
