Villa De La Torre is a lovely holiday house situated in the popular area of Cala En Blanes. The property is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac where there are mature gardens surrounding the property adding to its privacy.
There is a lovely pool, a covered terrace and a brick built barbecue area, there is also an outside dining table with six chairs which makes the villa perfect for Al Fresco dining. The outside area is spacious and there is plenty of room for the sunbeds and relaxing around the pool area. There is a large awning which provides extra shade and there is also a large lawned area at the opposite side of the villa to the pool area providing plenty of space for adults to bathe in the sun or for children to play safely.
The Villa Del La Torre is positioned within a few minutes walk to the nearest restaurant and beach, the villa is in a very ideal location for walking to the nearby resort on an evening making it perfect for families and couples.
From the entrance you enter into the spacious hall with the open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen: the theme is typically traditional Menorcan. The lounge is equipped with a television, dvd player and cd player, while the kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. From here you have access through double doors out onto the terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor is a shower bathroom.
Upstairs you will find a twin bedroom with a balcony that offers beautiful sea views, also on this floor there is one double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, all bedrooms have balconies with fantastic sea views and out to the countryside. There is also a shower bathroom on this floor. All rooms are bright and airy and are furnished to the same traditional standard which gives it a real Spanish feel.
The popular beach resort of Cala En Blanes lies on the west coast of Menorca and is approximately 5km from Ciutadella which is the former capital, here you will find an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars.
