Villa Imperial is in the perfect location - It is located off a tree-lined quiet avenue yet only 2-minutes stroll to one of the best sandy beaches in the area - Cala Dor and is close to the old church in central Cala D'or.
The house is built on three different levels and is accessed from several steps through a small private pathway and garden and into a spacious entrance hall with a wc cloakroom. The nicely furnished lounge boasts an unusual ceiling of curved terracotta ceramic tiles. This is in typical Mallorcan design and is carried through the rest of the house. There is a Spanish digital TV (limited English programmes) and DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony which in turn overlooks the garden, pool and down to the marina in the distance. The dining area with circular dining table opens out into an open-plan well-stocked modern fitted kitchen - which hosts an island free-standing ceramic hob, oven unit, dishwasher and microwave. In the separate laundry there is a washing machine for your added convenience. Stairs lead down from the kitchen to the lower garden and furnished sun-bathing pool terraces surrounded by tall trees.
Stairs lead up from the hall to the upper level and here is to be found the master double bedroom suite (two twins together). This again has the feature ceiling of ceramic tiles and is very spacious with great views from the large picture windows to the front of the marina over the tree-tops. To the side double patio doors lead out onto a spacious private balcony. The bedroom has its' own full en-suite bathroom. .
There is a staircase from the hallway leading down to the remaining two bedrooms. These each have double doors opening out onto the front covered terrace and swimming pool. There is also a shower bathroom here for the bedrooms to share.
Outside the patio area is a fantastic area to sun-bathe and the real suntrap where the 7m x 3m roman steps, compact pool takes pride of place. There is a barbecue and ample patio furniture for dining al-fresco. A lovely family villa so conveniently located to all that Cala D'or has to offer and early booking is recommended.
The pretty marina and the central pedestrian area with a great choice of restaurants and bars are all within a five minute stroll of the property.
