A wonderful family villa on the seafront and moments from the beach, near Coral Bay. Villa Renata is a fantastic house for a relaxing and sociable holiday - with sunny days around the pool and on the beach. There are also restaurants, bars and cafés a short walk away.
Villa Renata is off the Coral Bay road and the middle property on a private avenue avenue in a group of just three houses. One of the other two houses is also a Villaparade villa - Villa Angelina - and so a large group of friends or family of up to fourteen people could stay together here.Villa Renata is full of light and airy spaces with full-height windows and bedrooms with balconies.
On the ground floor there's an open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas around a satellite tv and a dvd/cd stereo, and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is neat and well planned with lots of storage space and counter surface, and appliances including a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave. Full-height windows look out from this living area to a terrace with fantastic views out to sea. On the terrace there's another dining table and chairs, and this is a wonderful place to sit, eat and relax from breakfast time until the sun sets over the sea. One of the bedrooms is also here on the ground floor - it's a lovely twin room with windows on two sides and its own separate shower bathroom.
There are two more bedrooms on the first floor - 1 twin and 1 double both with en-suite bathrooms. Both these rooms have doors out onto a balcony with beautiful views over the sea and huge skies above. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The garden and pool are right on the edge of the seafront with a sun-terrace facing the sea. It's a really sunny spot for days swimming and relaxing - there's a rectangular pool, surrounded by terracing and lawns, and a table-tennis table. The pool area can be closed off from the main part of the house with a gate on the terrace. And the pool can be floodlit at night you can spend the whole evening here too watching the sun set.
Villa Renata is a super house for a seaside family holiday on a beautiful part of the coast. It's also just a short walk from a selection of bars, cafés and restaurants, banks and shops. The beach next to the villa here is a fantastic beach next door with sun-beds and lawned areas and a superb taverna. By spending just £3 pounds in the restaurant the sun-beds are free and the food is excellent.
