Villa Themis is a fantastic addition to our Coral Bay, Paphos portfolio of villas. This new villa, with fantastic sea views, is furnished to a high standard and is surrounded by its own colourful gardens with plenty of interesting plants, fruit trees and palm trees.
The villa enjoys a splendid scenic location overlooking the sea between the lively resort of Coral Bay and the sleepy hamlet of St George in the area known as Sea Caves. There is a taverna ideally located less than a 5-minute walk from the villa and the famous bird and animal park is less than 5-minutes by car.
There is a large outdoor covered terrace adjacent to the large furnished sun-terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here there is a professional barbecue oven with outdoor sink - perfect for trying your hand with the local meat and fish delicacies.
The villa has three bedrooms - upstairs there's a master double, which has access to two balconies with great sea views, and a twin bedroom. Downstairs there's a twin with access through double patio doors to the pool terrace. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there are two en-suite bathrooms and a third bathroom on the ground floor.
The fully-fitted kitchen, with all the necessary modern appliances, has doors leading to the barbecue area. The large open-plan dining, living room has comfortable leather sofas and a television with DVD player and a Playstation 2.
The village of St George is located at the entrance to the spectacular Akamas Peninsular National Park where unique flora and fauna abound and the landscape is spectacular. It is a place for walking, cycling and off road driving and where unspoilt beaches are to be found. St George boasts a splendid taverna and a church overlooking the sea and a couple of small hotels, restaurants and bars. On the road towards Coral Bay are numerous tavernas dotted along the roadside and a riding centre.
