It is a pretty villa with lawned gardens and a feature round tower, and is within walking distance of the nearest restaurant and shop, and a short drive takes you to the beach.

It is a pretty villa with lawned gardens and a feature round tower, and is within walking distance of the nearest restaurant and shop, and a short drive takes you to the beach.
On the ground floor of this attractive villa, there's the lounge with leather sofas, a TV and DVD player and patio doors leading to a covered dining terrace and the pool, there's also a separate, adjacent dining room. The fully fitted kitchen was recently renovated along with the two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and is shared by two twin bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has doors providing access to the garden.
The stairs are within the round tower and access the first floor master double bedroom suite. The bedroom is light and summery and has a recently refurbished en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a large balcony which overlooks the pool.
Outside in the fenced garden there's a kidney-shaped swimming pool which is fringed by terrace and surrounded by grass, a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool and a feature brick barbecue. There's also a table-tennis table providing entertainment for all the family.
Villa Duarte is a wonderful Portuguese holiday home, which is the perfect base for a summer holiday with family or friends. It's in a great location, within a walk of a restaurant, shop and café, and not far from the beach, bicycles come in handy here as there are great coves and beaches nearby to explore with all the family.
