Experience Tapalma Tapas Festival

If you will be staying in one of our villas in Mallorca during the beginning of October then you will find a wonderful gastronomic festival taking place: the Tapalma Tapas Festival.

If you have visited Mallorca or any of the Balearic Islands in the past, you are sure to have experienced just how popular tapas has become with visitors. So popular, in fact, that several restaurants have joined together to present a festival for visitors and residents to enjoy.

This year will be the seventh edition of the festival and will take place between the 5^th and 9^th of October. It will showcase the quality and deliciousness of tapas available across Mallorca.

Last year, 48,000 people took part in the festival and over 138,216 dishes were served. A highlight of the event is the many trails that are organised, with each taking a differing route through bars, cafes and restaurants. You can expect plenty of live music taking place during the festival and you can even partake in some shopping as many of the restaurants are near key shopping areas in the island’s capital.
