Experience the Tramuntana Fair on Mallorca this October

Visiting the Balearic Island of Mallorca is not complete without a visit to the countryside surrounding the Tramuntana mountain range. The mountains run southwest to northeast and form the backbone of the villa holiday island.

One great event to tie in with a visit to the scenic region is the annual Tramuntana Fair in Escora. Each year, the popular fair takes place over a weekend and has plenty for visitors to see and do whilst exploring the lush green countryside.

The fair celebrates the environment that surrounds the mountains and promotes the freshly grown produce that it supplies the Balearic Island with.  This year, the event will be taking place on the 13^th and 14^th of October with the main events taking place in Porxets and the Monastry of Lluc in the Mallorcan town of Escora.
