New historical tour set for Cyprus

If you enjoy sampling a country’s culture and history, then a visit to Cyprus during 2013 could be an ideal choice for you, as a new initiative gets launched.

The new initiative is set to start in March 2013 that will offer visitors and residents to Cyprus a chance to experience a genuine sense of the island’s history. If you like the idea of lectures by Cyprian historians, field trips and plenty of fresh air then ‘Othello’s Island’ could be just the holiday addition you are looking for.

The events will be loosely based upon the Shakespearian play ‘Othello’ and will not only give those attending a glimpse into the medieval side of the island, but also give a broad and interesting look into the culture and history that has shaped Cyprus over the years.

Supported by the Cyprus Tourist Board, the project is sure to be a wonderful addition to a stay in our villas in Cyprus.
