Superbike world championships to head to the Algarve

The Algarve has become renowned for its sporting facilities. Each year, it attracts visitors from across the world hoping to take advantage of its facilities, such as its golf courses, tennis courts and, of course, its wonderful terrain.

The Algarve has long had a connection with motor racing, in particular motor bike racing, with one of the prestigious competitive events being hosted in the Portuguese region once again this year.

For the fifth consecutive year, the FIM Superbike World Championships will be taking place at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve between the 21^st and 23^rd of September. This year, the event is tipped to be even more thrilling, with four races still to be held and several favourites already beginning to stand out, all hoping to win the coveted motor title.
