Tourist week at Cala Ratjada

If you are currently staying in one of our villas in Mallorca, you may well have already discovered one of the island’s great and lesser known resorts: Cala Ratjada.
This week, the town is promoting itself via its own ‘Tourist Week’ with various events and close-by attractions on offer, many of which are being provided free of charge. The event started last Saturday and will be continuing through to the end of the weekend (Sunday 30th September).
Already this week, visitors to the resort have taken part in guided walks and hikes, listened to a wide range of concerts ranging from Spanish folk to Flamenco performances and even had the chance to explore parts of the town that are normally unseen by visitors.
This weekend, more and more events will be happening including a boat trip to Cala Ratjada, Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta and the Parc Natural de la Peninsula. The price for the trip is just 20 Euros, including diving, food and drinks.
Saturday night will see folk dances take place in several venues with plenty of entertainment and good food such as traditional tapas dishes being served.
This is just one of a selection of destinations that you could be exploring whilst on a villa holiday on the island.
