The following villa extras and resort activities can be pre-booked on the villa booking form when reserving a property. You can also add extra services to your reservation at a later date by contacting the administration department or via the amend booking section of the website. However, adding extra services at a later date will restrict availability and may not be at the prices show below.
Deluxe Holiday Insurance
Insurance is necessary when travelling abroad. We advise you to take out our policy should you not have adequate cover. We do not accept responsibility should you travel without this.
The family policy consists of 2 parents (under 66 years) travelling with unlimited dependant children plus two non-family children (single trip only) under 18 years at departure date.

You are required to declare all medical conditions etc (call 0870 054 0159) or if any of the party is 65 or over. A booklet and policy will be sent with your booking explaining the terms of the insurance. There is an excess on all insurance claims unless the Insurance Excess waiver has been purchased. Villaparade can provide a welcome pack in your property for your arrival. You can purchase a standard welcome pack or a deluxe welcome pack. The welcome packs are delivered to your villa mid-late afternoon on your arrival day.

Bicycle hire weekly rates
Prices per week include bicycle lock and key. The Pollenca cycles will be delivered on your arrival weekend. For Cala D'or rentals you visit the hire office. It will then be delivered and collected to/from your accommodation. Any damage is paid direct to the cycle companies. (per week prices)
