A - We always go to great lengths to ensure that the website is as accurate as possible. Circumstances can change and we will notify you in writing as soon as possible should they affect your holiday. All our staff have great knowledge of the properties, therefore, if there is something that may affect the overall enjoyment of your holiday then please do not hesitate to ask and double-check with us, for example, is the pool completely private? Will road noise be heard at the property? Are there neighbouring villas or properties attached? I would like complete privacy: may I request no maid service and limited access to the garden and pool by maintenance? May I request a visit from a resort representative?
Where walking distances are indicated, the walks are often on unmade and unlit country roads and should only be undertaken during daylight hours and by confident walkers. All prices on the website may be amended at any time without notification. Additional photographs of properties will be added to the website as soon as they become available so continue to check the website for further information and photographs.

Villaparade offer a wide range of resort extras such as a welcome hampers and beach packs for your arrival, excursions and activities. These can all be found, along with prices, on the Villa Extras & Info page.
All our villas are also equipped with crockery and cutlery and have electric or gas hobs and ovens, an iron, ironing board, barbecue (not apartments), a safe, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms and gas detectors (where required). The maid service is a minimum of twice per week and the duties of the maids are to make beds, clean bathrooms and generally tidy and sweep floors. They unfortunately do not have time to wash up or clean barbecues. Our villas do not have telephone connections so we advise that you take a mobile phone and there are internet cafés in most major resorts, a small selection of our properties have Wi-Fi internet connection available for £15 per week, these can be found within the availability search. We charge a non-refundable minor breakage charge of £10 per property, if this is not paid then a security deposit of 25% of the property cost is required with the balance payment, this will be refunded within 21 days of your return, subject to a breakage inspection.

A - We have access to thousands of flights to all of our destinations including charter flights, scheduled services and low-cost/no-frills airlines and pride ourselves on our low prices. We can offer you the convenience of flying from many of the UK’s regional airports and can pre-book your car into one of the airport’s car parks.
You can now book your flights on-line at the same time as your accommodation, by selecting your departure airport from the list in the accommodation & flights availability search. You will first be offered a recommended flight which we have chosen because of its times and price (the recommendation will normally be the best priced daytime flight which coincides with the accommodation check-in and check-out times). If you don’t like the times that we have recommended or you’d like to check for a cheaper option then simply click on change flight and you will be shown all the options available from your chosen airport.
We always recommend booking your flights at the same time as the accommodation, however, if you are unsure which flight to book but you want to secure your accommodation, simply book your chosen property and when you have decided which flight you want, go to www.villaparadeflights.co.uk to book on-line.
