Inside, the apartment is of a modern design. It's very light and clean with white walls, wooden and tiled floors and bright white spotlighting. All the rooms are air-conditioned. On the main floor there's a long and wide lounge and dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a DVD and stereo, and a glass-topped dining table and chairs. A Nintendo Wii (2 controls and sports game will keep you fit and competitive) Because this is a corner apartment this room has fabulous views along two sides over Puerto Pollenca. The kitchen is a lovely bright room with full-height windows. Appliances here include a dishwasher, and there's lots of storage space. There are also two bedrooms on this floor - a double room and a twin room. They share a full bathroom with a bath and a shower.
A wooden spiral staircase leads out of the lounge to the upper mezzanine level where there's a double bedroom with an en-suite shower-bathroom. This bedroom also has a second satellite TV and DVD.
However the main advantage is the fact that the sandy beach is 5-minute walk away and you have some wonderful Spanish Tapas restaurants on your doorstep to sample the local cuisine.
The Penthouse Juan is a great holiday apartment in the heart of Puerto Pollenca. It's just a couple of minutes from the beach and all the cafes, restaurants and shops of the resort - there's a supermarket very close by too. Because it's on the third and fourth floors of an apartment building it's most suitable for holidays with friends rather than for families with young children or elderly adults.
