Casa Colibri is a stunning villa located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the Meia Praia area of Lagos. The villa has been tastefully decorated and completed to a very high standard, and it's an easy walk to the local beach, Meia Praia, from which this area of Lagos takes its name. The lower ground floor is a completely self contained apartment - ideal for a couple, older teenagers or grandparents who like a little bit of independence on their family holiday.

Until recently Casa Colibri was home for the owner, a local business man, so the design of the house and standard of the furniture were tastefully created to the owner's own specification and high standards. Modern and luxurious furniture, stylish contemporary kitchen and bathrooms, large flatscreen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access make Casa Colibri the perfect choice for a summer holiday in luxurious surroundings.

An electric gated driveway leads to the villa which is built across three floors - the majority of the accommodation is found on the ground and first floors, with the games room and self-contained apartment in the converted basement on the lower ground floor.

On the ground floor there is a beautiful and spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is very contemporary with luxurious appliances and stylish design, there's a comfortable L-shaped sofa in the living area with a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, DVD player and wireless internet access. There is also a dining table and chairs which look directly through double patio doors down to the pool. The master bedroom is located on this floor and has walk-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Upstairs on the first floor there are two further bedrooms - one double and one twin. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a shower, and a balcony with views to the countryside. The twin is a large bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and a spacious terrace with views of the pool.

The converted basement on the lower-ground floor houses a games room, with a table-tennis table. The other side of the basement is a really unique self-contained apartment. The apartment has exterior access from the lower level of the garden and contains a living room with a sofa, flatscreen TV and a kitchenette with a hob, oven and fridge-freezer. There's also a double bedroom with a dressing area with built-in wardrobes and a separate bathroom with a large shower. There's a spiral staircase leading from this level to the pool terrace and entrance to the main house through the kitchen, living-room.

The outdoor area is equally as nice and well designed as the interior. There's a shady dining terrace running the length of the house and looking over the pool, and beyond to the countryside and mountains - a view which can be enjoyed from every terrace and most rooms in the house. A few steps down from here lead to the stunning pool area which is an idyllic space to relax, there are sun-loungers, optional shade under a pretty wooden pergola, and the tranquil sound of running water from the pool fountain, plus the incredible views!

Casa Colibri is the perfect base for a luxurious villa holiday and a great place to spend time in and around the villa, plus it's in a excellent location, walking distance to the beach and the popular resort of Lagos.
