It is effectively decorated with style and flair, retaining a local flavour with sloping beamed ceilings and open stone walls. It has lovely terracotta flooring, cream curtains, modern spotlighting and lots of natural light streaming through the full-size picture windows.
The entrance leads into the lounge dining area where there is a modern kitchen with a low wood breakfast bar. The kitchen has classic dark wood units and all modern appliances including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, split-level oven and rectangular vitro hob. It also has a beautiful granite work surface with integrated granite sink and plenty of storage space on shelves underneath the breakfast bar. There is a large stainless steel hood and a window looking out to the barbecue terrace.
In the lounge there is a large wood dining table and chairs with a sofa in the living area and a large wood glass dresser. A compact, designer bathroom with corner shower is also off from here.
A beautiful wrought iron and cream screen separates the lounge from the studio bedroom. Here there is a cream double bed with side units and gorgeous lamps.
The crême de la crême of this apartment, however, is it's fabulous wrap-around terrace and the stunning all-round mountain views that it has from here. There is the imposing Puig Maria in front with views over the open countryside towards Alcudia, and the breathtaking Tramuntana mountain range can be seen from the front terrace.
There is a large brick barbecue and a round teak wood table and chairs for outside dining. A raised rooftop splash pool is accessed by steps up and there is a seating area inside the pool itself for cooling off with a glass of bubbly whilst taking in the views at the same time.
Penthouse Apartment Camp de L'Om is a superb apartment in a fantastic location, tailored to suit any couple.
