Monte Galego is a pretty and spacious villa set in attractive gardens in quiet location amidst countryside close to Galé, Albufeira. The beautiful blue flag beach of Galé is only a ten-minute walk away and a selection of shops and restaurants are closer. There's a larger selection of restaurants and more great beaches within a short drive.

Monte Galego is a pretty and spacious villa set in attractive gardens in quiet location amidst countryside close to Galé, Albufeira. The beautiful blue flag beach of Galé is only a ten-minute walk away and a selection of shops and restaurants are closer. There's a larger selection of restaurants and more great beaches within a short drive.
The house is bright and airy inside with cool tiled floors and pretty picture windows allowing lots of natural light. On the ground floor the split-level living room and dining room are separated by a traditional open fireplace in the centre of the room, a couple of steps lead up from here to a small "snug" area with comfortable seating - the perfect place to relax with a book. The kitchen was recently decorated (after the image below was taken) and has light wood units, a breakfast table and all modern appliances including a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room which contains the washing machine and also a door leading from the kitchen to the barbeque area and terrace and beyond to the garden and pool.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor - a double and a twin - the double bedroom has two doors, one leading to the bedroom and the other to a full bathroom giving you the option of using the bathroom en-suite or as a house bathroom. The twin bedroom has a separate bathroom nearby with a bath and a shower.
The staircase leading to the first floor has permanent stair-gates at both the top and bottom. On this floor there are two further bedrooms - a double and a twin - the double has an en-suite full bathroom and doors leading to a balcony and the twin bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.
The garden area at Monte Galego is a great place to spend endless days with family and friends. The large, unusually shaped pool with poolside shower separates two lawned areas, one of which offers plenty of natural shade and is a perfect place to cool down with a book or enjoy an al-fresco lunch or dinner. Also on this side of the garden, under a covered terrace, is a great built-in barbecue-oven and dining furniture which all has direct access to the kitchen.
Villa Monte Galego is a superb villa for a quiet holiday with family or friends and it's in a great location - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach at Galé and within easy reach of other great beaches and the resort of Albufeira.
