These modern 5 star villas (4 villas for 3 bedrooms and 1 villa for 4 bedrooms) are situated on some of the prime plots (back line) of this development, therefore commanding magnificent views to both the sea and mountains. These luxury villas have been both furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard.
Prices are based on four persons sharing. The supplements per week are £175 per person. When searching for the correct amount of people these supplements will be added to the booking form when making a booking.

The huge lounge area (90sq.m) has 4 comfortable leather sofas, pool table, flat screen LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, satellite TV and Wi-Fi access. Private heated 8x4m pool, (salt chlorinated which means there are no harsh chemicals in the water, which is ideal for children and those with sensitive skin), complete with your own hot tub/spa in each villa. The private south facing terraces which are set on 3 levels, are decked out with sun loungers, parasols, dining table/chairs and Canarian BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco! These villas also have a daily maid service included (Mon-Fri) at a time to suit yourselves. All of the villas have private parking for 2 cars are fully alarmed and have an intercom entry system.
These properties are ideal for families, groups of friends or couples.. The properties are all fully air-conditioned (both floors). Welcome pack, hairdryer and pool towels are provided. There is a midweek towel change and bedlinen is changed weekly. Pools and Hot Tubs are professionally cleaned twice weekly. All of these properties are situated on some of the prime plots of the development of Vista Lobos, (Back Line) so therefore command magnificent sea and mountain views.
The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo and is approx a 10 minute walk or 2 mins by car. There are also another two beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the fabulous Papagayo beaches, which are well worth a visit. A beautiful promenade stretches (approx 3 miles) from the lighthouse at one end of town to Papagayo at the other with the sea on one side and a selection of shops, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca on the other. The fabulous Marina Rubicon is a 5 minute drive from the villas
