The villa itself is built over two floors, the ground floor being mainly open plan with a comfortable and tastefully furnished lounge area including sofa beds and flat screen TV, a dining area with table and chairs and a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances that make your stay just that little bit easier. Also on this level is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with bath and shower over.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double and a separate bathroom with bath and shower over. Views from the balconies are stunning, with panoramic views across to the nearby village of Lithakia and down to the bay at Aghios Sostis.
Outside in the garden area is the lovely private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas together with a barbecue and table and chairs; perfect for whiling away the hours.
The area surrounding the villa is very traditionally Greek with the nearby village of Lithakia with its village church and Kafeneon just a short walk. The village also has a splattering of shops, good tavernas and bars. The closest beach is Aghios Sostis, which is at the far and quieter end of Laganas Bay. The lovely sandy beach shelves very gently into the sea with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire making it ideal for couples and families alike.
Further afield, but only a short drive away is Keri, the village being on the hillside and enjoying stunning views across the bay and over to Marathonisi Island, and the lovely sandy beach and port at Limni Keri just below. From the port area there are a number of boat trips available to see the turtles and go across to the island of Marathonisi. The islands capital, Zakynthos Town, is only a 15 minute drive away and offers something for everyone with its museums, churches, shops, picturesque squares and café bars together with the Venetian Castle on the hillside above.
