Great news for people who are looking into pricing up their Spanish villa holidays for this year; researchers carrying out a survey to find out which country offers the best value for money when purchasing holiday items has handed Spain the top place.
Items such as sun cream, alcohol and cigarettes were amongst the ten items that researchers carried out pricing amounts for in 14 different holiday destinations. The figures show that to buy the ten items in Spain it would cost a visitor £42.15 compared to a whopping £92.81 in Miami, Florida.
One of the other conclusions from the results showed that to have bought the items at home this year would have cost £77.01 in Brighton. This is certainly great news for people taking a villa holiday this year as much of what they will be using will have to be bought from local suppliers.
